I am committed to offering unique and valuable makeup and hairstyling services. Each service is conducted using high-quality cruelty-free, organic and vegan cosmetics. These services range from hour-long sessions for weddings and headshots to makeup lessons and consultations. I am based out of Squamish BC, however, I offer services in Whistler , Pemberton Vancouver for a travel fee. I also offer services on The Island, Gulf Islands, Okanagan, Kootenay’s, and beyond. Please inquire if you need services in your city.

A trial is important for many reasons. Approximately 2-3 hours of time goes into your bridal trial. Sometimes this application process is more work than the day of your wedding. A bridal trial includes prep, 1 on 1 time with me (however long we need to achieve your desired look), Post organization: photos, products used, and application are all documented. Not only do trials require more time, but it allows us more opportunity to create your desired look and work together before the stress and butterflies on your wedding day. Please note, if you do not book a trial for your wedding day, I only allocate 1 hour per service for the bride. This means I will not have time to restyle the hair and makeup if you are unsure about your style or having second thoughts after styling is complete. I have an overtime rate of $100/hour for additional styling time.

I typically work with small bridal parties of up to 6 services, however, I can accommodate a large bridal party with the support of a makeup assistant. Please contact me with details, and I will be happy to help you with the details. Squamish assistants are not always guaranteed for dates and a travel fee is mandatory if I have to hire an assistant outside of Squamish

I do not offer discounts for any of my services unless I am running a promotion at the time.

I would love to meet or chat with you as soon as possible after we first connect, this way we can establish a relationship and ensure we are the right fit for each other.

Wedding trials may be booked anytime prior to your wedding. I recommended that your wedding trial is booked and done approximately 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding date. This way, most of the details of your wedding are finalized, you have your dress and a clear idea of how you would like to look. The trial time is also used to confirm the final details, itinerary, setup, and more.

*If the trial is booked too early, details of the wedding may change or may not be finalized. You may also change your vision during this time.

Please note, I do not conduct trials on weekends from May-September

Prior to your trial please set up a Pinterest board, this way we can reference images of your desired makeup look together. You are able to add any photos that put a smile on your face (including dresses, flowers, and colours). Everything you add helps us learn more about you.

Please bring important timing details such as hair appointments, ceremony times, and location details.

If I am styling your hair, please bring any hair accessories you want to use

Please allow approximately 1 hour for the bride's makeup application or hairstyling and 45 minutes for each additional guest services. Timing can vary slightly depending on the styles and looks being executed that day as requested by each individual client.

This happens on a regular basis. When others notice that there is a makeup artist on the location they ditch their own brushes and head over to the makeup station. Depending on time I may be able to accommodate this, but of course, the client that booked ahead of time has priority and I will not rush a client to fit in extra faces. Clients will be treated as if there was no one waiting to have a service. If we do have time, all prices will be as listed.

It's best to book your services at least 6-12 months in advance (for brides), or as soon as possible, especially for those clients with wedding dates in the spring/summer months as they tend to be the busiest and book very fast.

• Squamish Hair and Makeup Artists will book up to 1 year in advance for summer dates. I often have to turn down up to 10 inquiries per date each year.

A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure your wedding date and experience. This fee will be a portion of the package booked and will be deducted from the total price at the end.

All bookings are confirmed once we have a copy of your signed contract.

I have a minimum booking of $500 for any weekend booking from May to October. The day of the services must meet a minimum of $500, not including a trial service or travel fee

Depending on times, location, and the number of people seeking services, we can often accommodate multiple bookings during a date. Please contact me and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I require a written notice of cancellation one month prior to the event date. Payments/fees will still apply as outlined in your services contract.

We understand that many weddings may be quite early in the morning, so we will start at any time of day for a client. Services before 7 am will require an additional fee.

I offer mobile services for weddings and events. This means we will travel to your house, a salon, or a hotel- wherever you choose to get ready. This ensures you have a relaxing, stress-free time preparing for the day.

Be sure to specify where you will be getting ready. It is also helpful to check what kind of seating/set up will be at the venue (I may need to bring a higher chair or extra lighting).

Travel outside of Squamish is based on the CRA recommended rate of $0.68/km. If your booking requires additional assistants, an hourly travel rate will apply for all destination events outside of Squamish. Assistants are not always available in Squamish and may need to be hired from Vancouver. Additional rates will be required for assistants outside of Squamish.

I offer services to areas outside of Squamish/Vancouver/Lower Mainland such as Vancouver Island, Okanagan, and beyond. We also have artists in other provinces and travel to the US and even destination weddings, though travel fees will apply.

I do not provide assistants for destination weddings.

Additional parking fees apply for meters or any pay parking. Please specify the parking details when booking. An invoice may be issued after the event for parking fees.

We offer services that include full-day touch-ups. We are happy to stay and celebrate your wedding while making sure your makeup is in place and you looking glowing all night long. Please see "bridal" for more details.
